Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet on your 1jjgame account. Before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the stated wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying bets before withdrawal becomes available.
Quick reminder: You do not have to claim a bonus. If you prefer to play with your own deposited funds only and withdraw freely without wagering requirements, simply skip the bonus opt-in when it is offered. There is no penalty for not taking a bonus at 1jjgame.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1jjgame. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential legal action where applicable.
1jjgame cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any activity that appears to involve money laundering, fraud or match-fixing will be reported to the relevant authorities without notice to the account holder.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email or SMS. During the suspension period, no deposits, withdrawals or bets can be placed. The investigation process may take up to 30 days depending on complexity.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. 1jjgame will return any portion of the balance that represents verified deposits not associated with the breach, at our discretion, following completion of the investigation.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 1jjgame support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours and any remaining balance is returned to the player's verified payment method.
